“We will definitely be considering this again if we have the opportunity to. I think the organisation of it all, the standard of the resources, variety of activities and the really professional and friendly way it was delivered was brilliant. As said at the time, I have never seen some of our students produce that amount of free writing and the fact that there was a knock on positive effect with some of the more isolated students in mixing at break time etc. was an added bonus. Our brief was quite vague and you delivered a really good programme based on our general vague request; you took our idea and developed it really well. Thank you!”
Senior Lecturer, University of Bolton
"Rebecca shared her experience of literacy and teaching at The University of Bolton’s centre for pedagogy event. Her speech was informative and inspirational and left the audience with much to consider about how literacy and communication can help in creating a safer world for children and young adults today."
"Rebecca was my daughter Hollie’s tutor when she was in Year 6 and was amazing with her then, so when we needed English GCSE help we knew exactly who to ask!
Hollie has had tutoring with Rebecca for the past year and feels that she simply could not achieve her best without her. Rebecca has equipped Hollie with the knowledge, techniques and confidence to achieve in English.
Hollie has taken her first English Literature exam this week and I have never seen her so nervous. What helped so much was that Rebecca texted us on that morning with hints and tips and kind words of support. Hollie came out of that exam as one happy little lady, she felt that she couldn’t have done any better - the words we all want to hear!
So regardless of the outcome, we will be a happy family knowing that with Rebecca’s help we have given Hollie the best chance of success!
A few words about Rebecca - she is soooo friendly and personable, your son/daughter will connect with her straight away. In my opinion this is so important as when you have to drag your teen out of bed on a Sat morning to study English GCSE, they need to see a friendly face!
We will be eternally grateful ❤️."
"Rebecca is by far the best tutor my daughter has had. Being a secondary school teacher she understands the curriculum requirements, exam techniques and teenagers. She is very professional, patient and approachable. The lessons are fun & well organised. I would highly recommend."

"My wife and I are very happy. Our daughter works well with the staff and is enjoying the work provided. Homework has become part of her routine and we have noticed that she has become happier doing her school homework as well."
"Rebecca is an inspirational woman of our time and she has been endlessly supportive in helping to grow so many businesses. She bring her diverse skill set into her work and everyone benefits. She's always very uplifting and a role model to women in business and it's a great pleasure to recommend her."
"My son Alex attended Rebecca’s workshop last week. My impression was that everything seemed to be incredibly well organised and that there were several staff available to support the teenagers.
My son is generally shy and a little withdrawn when faced with new groups, so I was pleased to find that Rebecca was so warm and friendly, and that the staff were able to coax Alex out of his shell.
I will certainly be sending Alex to as many of Rebecca’s sessions as we can fit in before his exams in 2019."
"Rebecca is a friendly, helpful colleague who is very professional and intelligent. I met Rebecca when we worked at NTC together. I found that she was approachable and easy to speak to. The students and their progress were very important to her. Apart from this Rebecca works hard and has a kind, strong generous nature which make her unique. I would love to work alongside her again and appreciate the support she gave me in my role as learning mentor."

"All explained by the tutor very well. My daughter mentioned that the sessions were explained at a level she understood. The feedback was detailed and relevant to what I was looking for. I have been very pleased with the level of work set, feedback, follow-up and individual contact."
